Listing was for HOUSE. It’s one of 3 APARTMENTS in one building. Not conducive to Mayo clinic patient recovery. Apartment on one side and one ABOVE! Us! No pot large enough to cook pasta in. Owner did nothing about that. TV in main room very dark. On its way to be replaced. But never was. Stayed for over 6 weeks , many thousands of dollars. Towels were like sandpaper. Washing machine was like a spaceship taking off. Lighting was very poor. No dishwasher (my fault for not noticing in listing). All outside doors weather stripping either non existent or hanging off. Leaving for hospital before sunrise, no lights on side where we had to park in our assigned spot due to construction. One good thing. Janine, Hospitality manager, and her husband were very helpful. She helped us as much as she was allowed to. We’ve rented many houses over the five years we’ve been coming to Mayo, this is on the bottom of the list. If you’re a Mayo Clinic patient, this place is not for you.

Very nice place. Very good location. Just wish there was a second bathroom.
