A fabulous location! An exemplary stay! Clean and welcoming. An older duplex but the updated decor, private access for backyard, front porch and cleanliness makes this a great stay. Comfy Cozy Cottage by the Beach
We were here mostly for appts at the Mayo Clinic, which was very easy to get to about 15 min away. It was great cause the beach was right down the street from this rental and it is very convenient. Shops, restaurants close by as well. Very comfortable stay from check in to check out. Easy communication, had everything we needed and we felt at home. Highly recommend this place you won't be disappointed.
