Audrey was amazing to work with and answered all my questions. The space was perfect for my husband and I. The bed was very comfortable and soft. A huge plus for the two of us. Pillows were comfortable as well. She had all the tools one would need in the kitchen, we only used plates and the Keurig. It is close to food and coffee shops, not walkable but driving is easy. The beach is walkable with its own access which is nice with the shower outside to rinse feet was great. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time. So close to the beach and had the ability to walk to great restaurants. The place was clean and quiet. Highly recommend! When we go back to Jacksonville beach, will be back! Thank you!

Absolutely excellent love the neighborhood everything was easy to walk everything was very convenient love just stepping out the door and onto the beach was only a block away easy walk restaurants convenience stores pharmacies all within walking distance I absolutely loved it at night it was very peaceful and quiet the rental was super clean super bright and gorgeous and had everything you needed if you decided to cook or whatever but because of the restaurants and the locations of everything there's no real need for it that's if you want to or not I enjoyed myself immensely the manager of the place was super great super helpful and concerned about your well-being loved her and loved the place I plan on going back again next year

Great place. Small old window A/C unit, worked ok but slow to cool. Garage access would have been good, parking outside under tree, bird poop and tree mess all over car, had to wash it after we left,
